Sound familiar
From the outside, it mostly looks fine.
You're productive and exhausted.
The list gets done, or most of it. Rest feels like something you have to earn first.
Routines keep starting over.
The planner, the gym plan, the morning habit. Each one works for two weeks, then quietly disappears.
Some conversations keep getting postponed.
With a partner, a boss, a parent. You know roughly what you'd say. You just haven't said it.
You've drifted from people.
Not from a falling out. From being busy, tired, and a little out of practice at letting people in.
Your worth doesn't depend on how much you got done this week.
A starting point, not a slogan
What therapy here offers
Room to be honest
Say the thing you've been editing out. Sessions are a place to talk plainly about what's going on, including the parts that feel embarrassing or don't make sense yet.
Skills you can use on Tuesday
Drew draws on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and behavioral science. In practice that means concrete tools for stuck moments, not only insight about why they happen.
Small experiments between sessions
Instead of a big overhaul, you try one manageable thing, notice what happens, and bring it back. What didn't work is useful information too.
A collaborator, with some humor
Drew is warm and direct. He'll ask good questions, offer a real opinion when it's useful, and laugh with you when something is absurd.

What this isn't
It isn't a promise that you'll be a new person in eight weeks. Change in therapy tends to be uneven and specific: a conversation you finally have, a routine that sticks a little longer, a harsh inner voice that gets a bit quieter.
It also isn't about fixing something broken in you. Most people who feel stuck are using strategies that once made sense. Therapy is a chance to look at those strategies with curiosity and decide what to keep.

The Approach
- ACT
- CBT
- Mindfulness-based approaches
- Functional Analytic Psychotherapy
- Behavior analysis
Individual therapy offers 45-minute telehealth sessions. Group therapy is a 60-90 minute therapist-led men's group. The Self-Led Man offers 12-week small-group nonclinical coaching. All emphasize honest conversation and small steps you can practice in everyday life, while coaching remains separate from therapy.
